Evelyn Ruth Proctor, 94, of Sussex, passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on June 23, 2015. Born on January 9, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth C. Richardson. Evelyn is survived by her son Ken (Rita) Proctor of Halifax, NS; as well as many extended family members and friends. Besides her mother and husband Burton Proctor, Evelyn was predeceased by her son James E. Proctor.
