Obituary of Eleanor Pirie
Eleanor Pirie was born to John J. Hudson and Dorothy (Sloat) in Grand Falls on May 25, 1930. Eleanor was retired from Bethany Bible College where she was a cook for many years. She was past president and a member of the Sussex Senior Federation and a life time member of the Sussex Wesleyan Church. Eleanor was the wife of the late Omar Leroy Pirie who passed away in 1981, she is survived by her children: Lois Paris and her husband Ralph of Brockville, On., Jackie Smith and her husband Millage of Moncton, Sharon Giljam and her husband Daniel of Maryland, USA, and Nancy Dyer and her husband Ralph of Sussex; her son Dan Pirie and his wife Paula of Tobique, First Nations; her son-in-law, Mark Sullivan of Belleville, On., three brothers: Adrian Hudson and his wife Shirley of Saint John, Gene Hudson and his wife Cheryl of PEI, Doug Hudson and his wife Maxine of Saint John; two sisters: Margaret McAllister and her husband Arnold of Lethbridge, Alberta and Dorothy Riemer and her husband Bruce of Victoria, BC; three sisters-in-law: Margaret Hudson of Oromocto and Betty Hudson of Lincoln; Eunice Hudson of Burlington, On.,
