The family of Noreen Alyson Forsythe Dugan sadly announces her passing on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Spring Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, with her husband, sister and good friend Bev Black by her side. Born in Sussex on October 24, 1953, Noreen is a daughter to Allison and Beulah (nee Goddard) Forsythe. She graduated from the Saint John School of Nursing in 1973. Besides her parents, Noreen is survived by her husband, Timothy Dugan; her sister, Michelle (Trent) Seely; her godson Jonathan Miller (Laisia Howe Hayes), as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of Sussex Select Community Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18, 2014 from 5-8pm and the funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 11:00am, all in the Sussex Select Funeral Chapel.
