Francis Roy M. The death of Roy Malcolm Francis occurred on August 17, 2009 at his residence Sussex Corner, N.B. He was born at Armstrong’s Corner Queens County N.B. on May 24 1924. A son of the late Herbert and Audrey (Harrison) Francis. Roy is survived by his wife of fifty five years Marion ( McCullum) Francis; daughter Nancy ( Dan) Nelson of Fredericton; sons Stephen ( Peggy) Francis of Norton and Mark Francis of Sussex and a special number three son David ( Sheila) Greer of Quispamsis. He is also survived by four grandchildren Melissa, Colin, Jeremy, and Justin Francis; three nephews David, Doug, and Dwight Francis; two nieces Brenda DeLong and Cathy McLennan; two sisters-in-law Frances Francis and Gerna McCullum and several cousins. Roy was predeceased by his only brother Fred and brother-in-law Don McCullum. The family will receive visitors at The Sussex Select Community Funeral Home ( 506- 433- 2133) on Wednesday 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held Thursday August 20th, 2009 at 11:00a.m in the funeral home chapel.
