Bernice Agnes Warren was born in Goshen on October 17, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Timothy and Bridget (Layden) Mahoney and was the wife of the late Lloyd William Warren who passed away in 1964. What a lot of people didn't know about Bernice was that she endured some hardships along with her triumphs, at the age of seven she lost her mother to tuberculosis followed by subsequent deaths of two brothers and two sisters by the same disease. Her last and youngest surviving brother died in Hong Kong in WWII in 1941 and now very recently lost two of her three remaining sisters.
