The death of George Hall Freeze of Penobsquis occurred on April 18, 2006 at the age of 82. Born at Penobsquis, NB the son of the late Harold and Edith (Hall) Freeze. George is survived by his wife Gladys (MacLeod) Freeze, daughter Catherine Freeze of Charlottetown, son David Freeze (Tracy) of Penobsquis, grandchildren; Jacob, Hannah, Samuel and John, sisters Harriet Folkins of Sussex and Hazel MacLeod of Riverview, as well as several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the Extra-Mural Nurses for their care and Pastor Gordon MacKenzie and members of Penobsquis Baptist Church for their prayers and support. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road Sussex (506-433-2133) on Thursday from 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Friday April 21, 2006 at the Penobsquis Baptist Church at 11:00 AM. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
