The death of Anthony M. “Tony” Tingley of Hillsdale occurred unexpectedly on January 28, 2007 at the age of 43. Born at Sussex, the son of Mirns and the late Genevieve (Doherty) Tingley and the husband of Brenda Lee (Taylor) Tingley. He is survived by his wife Brenda, father Mirns (Stella Linfield), children Alysha and Jeremy, at home, sisters Tracy Hanlin and husband Corey of Hillsdale and Tasha McAlary and husband Chris of Gander, NF, nephews; Adam, Connor, Lucas, Jason and Travis, nieces; Nicole and Ashley. He was predeceased by his mother and infant sister Marina Tingley. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road Sussex (506-433-2133) on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday February 1, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, Sussex. Interment will be at Saddleback Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
