Mr. Robert John (Bob) Smith of Moncton, formerly of Grand Forks, BC, passed away unexpectedly at the Riviere du Loup Hospital on May 29, 2008 at the age of 54. Bob was born in Sussex on January 15, 1954 and was the son of the late Kenneth I. & Ruth (McLeod) Smith. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Cindy (Onions) Smith and her parents Dave & Diane Onions of Grand Forks, BC, brothers Lester and his wife Caroline of Lower Sackville, NS, Gary & his partner Stephanie Bell of Brookfield, NS, Willard and his wife Helena of Penobsquis NB, sisters Doreen Hawkes of Sussex, NB, Laurine (Arthur) Raymond of Searsville, NB and Nina (Albert) Boyd of Kingston, ON, sister-in-law Myrna Smith of Fredericton, NB as well as several nieces and nephews and many close friends.
