Mr. Garnet Clyde Snider was born in Springhill, NS on September 30, 1931, he was the son of the late Amos and Fannie (Henwood) Snider. Garnie was a very kind man, he would give the shirt off his back for anyone. He is survived by two brothers: Willis Snider (Debbie) of Smith Creek, Harold Speight (Grace) of Walker Settlement, two sisters: Alice Brebner (Art) of Springhill, NS, Jean Brown (Gordon) of Southampton, NS. Garnie is predeceased by his companion Rose Elder and two sisters: Hattie Geldart and Julie Snider. Mr. "Garnie" Snider of Sussex passed away at the Sussex Health Center on May 27, 2008 at the age of 76.
