The death of Vaughn Everett Taylor occurred at Mill Cove on December 23, 2016 at the age of 81. Vaughn is survived by his sister Grace Folkins (Bev), and sisters-in-law Rose and Janice. He was predeceased by his parents Duncan and Lottie; and his brothers Willard and Eugene. A graveside service will take place at the Gosline Cemetery in the spring. Vaughn spent his early years on the family farm in Mount Pisgah with his mother being his primary caregiver. He had been a resident of Mill Cove Nursing Home for several years where he received excellent care for which the family are eternally grateful.
