I babysat you when you girls were small when you lived at Greendale Subdivision in Saint John. Deepest Sympathy to all the Blizzard family at the loss of your father. To the Blizzard family, Please accept my sincere sympathy. Your Dad was a special person to help with horse shows and especially my rather stubborn pony. He seemed to know everyone in the community. When you went into the store, he was never to busy to say hello. He will be missed. Tereca

So many happy memories of Bob and Lee. I spent many hours in their stable, working with Darby and riding in
Pony Club events. They both shared a lot of love for horses, dogs and laughter.

To the Blizzard family: So sorry to learn of Bob’s passing. He most certainly was a kind and caring man. Many years ago I remember going into his shop to buy some fabric to make choir capes for the youth choir of the church I attended at that time. The lady behind the counter informed me that the 10% discount was only for recognized churches and that the church I was attending was not considered a church. I felt very disappointed as I was on very limited budget. Bob happened to arrive just as the clerk was refusing me the discount and asked for an explanation and upon hearing it looked at the clerk and told her to give me the discount and as he walked away he said “You give her a 20% discount,”. I have ever since had the highest respect for Bob Blizzard. Years after that incident I became the neighbor across the street from Lee and Bob and found them to be a lovely couple. My husband and I loved to watch Bob and Lee’s beautiful and well-cared for horses galloping about. Rest In Peace, Bob. You are now with your beloved Lee. Marie and Arie Ruitenberg

I was so sad to see the passing of Bob. He always had a smile on his face.
I cleaned for Bob and Leigh for a couple years and they were the sweetest loving couples I ever had the pleasure of meeting and working for. Bob loved his family dearly and loved his horses. Bob was a hard worker, always on the go.
You are with your beloved Leigh again Bob. RIP
My love and prayers to his family.
