Obituary of Victor Robert Munro
With profound sadness the family of Victor Robert Munro announce his passing on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at the SJRH, at age 69. Vic is survived by his loving wife Sharon; stepdaughter, Kelli Wetmore; step sons: Kevin, Dawson and Brian Dament; step granddaughter, Chloe Wetmore; brothers: Joel, Shawn and Jack (Karen) Hickey; sisters: Jill (Reg) Parlee; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family members.
Predeceased by mother, Shirley (Gale) Hickey, step dad, John Hickey; father, Robert Munro; first wife, Georgina Munro; and by his sisters: Sandra and Marilyn.
Victor worked 15 years delivering the news for Brunswick News and 13 years with Cassidy Lake mine.
Victor was a good man who worked hard and loved his family, he played guitar ,loved our dogs and his big dark red ram truck. I can’t leave out the Maple Leafs they were his team always.We will hold him in our hearts forever.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A Celebration of Victor’s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 2:00pm.
