My Moms is Ann Wallace (Ed)
Moms is 95 living up the street from me in a nursing home.....dementia has taken its toll but today she remembered her friends Shirley and Dick....and even Dr, Bryant ?....and a trip to Alaska....long trip as Dick was always stopping for that perfect pic.
i have skiing pictures of them at Pleasant Lake and trampoline jumping at 65-70 at my house in Calgary....how could such a small thing have such a big laugh ?......they were good friends......they treated my parents so good and I'm so thankful for that.
I think of Shirley and Dick every day as one of my most prized processions hangs on the wall of my office......a 1979 drawing by Dick of Cedar Camp....pictured below....

I'm sorry to hear of Shirley's death. Shirley was my great aunt and I grew up hearing many stories about her antics with her sisters. Her love for her family and friends was unconditional.
