Obituary of Harold Hook

Born in Stouffville, York Co. on March 06, 1935, Harold was the son of the late Robert Hook and Maggie Hook.

Harold enjoyed the outdoors with his hunting, fishing and gardening. He also enjoyed cooking.

Harold is survived by his wife Doreen Ruby Hook, his children: Larry and wife Wendy of Trenton Ont., Sharon and husband Brent of Orono, Ont., Donnie and his wife Amy , Orono, Ont., Teresa of Calgary Alberta, Eric and wife Renata, of Grafton, Ont., and Christine of Brooklin Ont. His sisters Eva Mantle of Stouffville, Ont., and Ella Hook of Brooklin, Ont. Ten Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Harold was predeceased by his brother Walter Hook, and brother-in-law Howard Mantle.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176).  

A service celebrating Mr. Hook’s life was held from Wallace Community Chapel on Friday, February 22, 2008 at  7:00 pm.
