Obituary of Gerald LeRoy Carson

Surrounded by family, Gerald LeRoy Carson passed away on Friday, November 11, 2022, at the Sussex Health Centre. Born in Salem, NB, on April 19, 1929, he was a son of the Late Edgar and Tressa (Long) Carson.

Gerald will be lovingly remembered by his several nieces and nephews; his great nieces and nephews, and a special great-great niece, Quinn Millie.

Along with his parents, Gerald was predeceased by his sisters: Estella (Ronald) Folkins, Leita (Leigh) Geldart, Velma (Frank) Sharp, and Rita Carson; and his brothers: Milford and Wayne Carson.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB (506-433-1176) from where a visitation will take place on Friday, November 18, 2022, 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Wallace Community Chapel. A celebration of Gerald’s life will take place, also from the Chapel, on Saturday, November 19 at 11:00 am.
