At the age of 92, Lawrence Ready passed away at home on the evening of December 24, 2007. Lawrence was born at Sussex Corner on June 28, 1915 and he was the son of the late Charles P. Ready and Minnie (Cotter) Ready of Mount Hebron. He was the husband of the late Freda Vivian Granville, who passed away in April 2003. He had one brother, Phillip who died in 1918 as an infant. In 2002, he was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Lola Branscombe of Cumberland Bay, and in 1963 a brother-in law, Alvin Granville of Saint John. He is survived by his daughter Anne Hitchman of Fredericton and his son Paul of Sussex, and by several cousins. Lawrence
