Obituary of Stephen Northeast

Mr. Stephen Lynn Northeast was born in London, Ontario on October 19, 1946; he was the son of the late Lynn W. and Jean E. (Waters) Northeast.

Stephen was a jack of all trades. If you needed something built, a car worked on, something sandblasted or wood working done, he was your man. He loved cars and greatly enjoyed attending any antique car show. He was a deeply kindhearted man and will be deeply missed.

He will live on in the hearts of his loving wife, Ruth; his brother, Matthew of Portsmouth, England; his sister, Sharon Durke of Pottersbar, England; his chosen children: Cindy Folkins-Beers and Nancy White-Brett; his chosen grandchildren: Michael, Charles, Dakota, Brendan and Travis and his chosen great grandchildren: Milo, Bayen, Savannah and Ben; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Stephen Northeast passed away at the Kiwanis Nursing Home on April 10, 2023 at the age of 76.

Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his children: Laynette, Lindsay and Paul.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Dr., Sussex, from where visitation will be held on Sunday, April 16, 2023 from 5-6pm. A Celebration of Stephen’s life will be immediately following.
