Vaughan Bell was born in Sussex on February 2, 1943, he was the son if the late Gordon and Jennie (Henry) Bell. Vaughan is survived by his daughter: Emily Bell and Don MacPherson of Fredericton, his son, Jan Bell and Tanis Friars of Sussex; his only grandchild, Mazie; his sister, Sue Green and her husband Norm of Hammonds Plains, NS; his nephew, Dr. Laine Green and his wife Erica; his sisters-in-law: Joanna Rugg and her husband Keith of Houghton, New York, Wendy Brien and her husband Gordon of Fredericton; his brother-in-law, Wally Waller and his wife Linda of Fredericton; as well as several nieces and nephews. Born in Sussex on February 2, 1943, at the Colonial Home, Vaughan was the son of the late Gordon and Jennie (Henry) Bell .
