Obituary of Caden Murray Cossaboom - House

It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Caden Murray Cossaboom-House announces his sudden passing on Monday, January 22, 2024 at the Sussex Health Centre. Born in Saint John, NB on November 3, 2004, he was a son of Ryan Cossaboom and Emily House.

Caden is survived by his parents, Ryan and Carrie Cossaboom of Marrtown and Emily House and Adrian Mears of Charlottetown; his siblings: Amanda (Andrew) Wallace of Penobsquis, Jessica (Courtney MacDonald) Rouse of Sussex, Braxton (Destiny Totton) House of Truro, NS, Ben Rouse of Norton, Kiara (Alex) Drost of Yellowknife, NWT, and Zack Rouse of Marrtown; his nieces and nephews: Yazmyn, Remington, Athena, Edward, Kara, Maylee, Chesley, Coulter, Mia, and Aubrey; his grandparents: Seth and Gloria House, Denise and the late Don Korth, Roger and Darlene Hicks, and Jack and Paulette Mosher; and his aunts and uncles: Jeremy (Antonia) House and their children, Zachary and Zoe, Miranda (Will) Thomson and their children, Finn and Luke, Sarita Cossaboom and her son, Henry, Dustin Cossaboom, Andrew Mosher and his son, Henry, and Tiffany (Daniel Gallucci) Mosher and their children, Charlie and Fredrick . 

Caden was predeceased by his grandfather, Don Korth, and his great-grandmothers, Edna (Cherry) Field and Jeanette House (Nana Banana). 

Caden warmed the hearts of those he met. He was a kind and caring young man. He loved to live life to the fullest and learn new things   He enjoyed hanging out with his brothers fishing, boating, and playing games online. He was excited to be an uncle to his many nieces and nephews   He loved animals of all kinds and especially his cat, Grey.  He was funny and charismatic and his smile could melt your heart.  He will be missed but not forgotten by all that got to know him. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB (506-433-1176). A celebration of Caden’s life will be held on Thursday, January 25 from the Wallace Community Chapel. Family and friends are invited to drop in between 2-4pm and 6-8pm. 

Donations in memory of Caden may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences to the family and donations may be made through wallacefuneralhome.com
