Everyone is welcome to join us at the Millstream Regional Recreation Association Center across from the cemetery after the internment for a reception. With love and much sadness, the family of Linda Elaine Lamb announces her passing at the Saint John Regional Hospital on February 26, 2024, at the age of 67.

Born in Sussex on February 10, 1957 she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Eva (Lynch) Darling.

Linda had a passion for traveling – it didn’t matter whether it was Vegas, Phoenix, Alma or Kitchener to visit her daughter, she loved to be on the go and wanted to take in the sights. She especially enjoyed her trips to Massachusetts and her visits with the Fahey families. She had a love of flowers and gardening and all things beautiful. She enjoyed cats and children and was a proud member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sisterhood.

Linda had a wonderful laugh and charismatic smile that was nothing short of contagious and you never had to wonder what she was thinking. Once you were part of her life, she loved you
fiercely and without exception.

She will live on in the hearts of her husband of 37 years, Brian; her children, Josh Lamb of Saint John and Kristin Lamb of Kitchener, ON; her siblings: Greg Darling and his wife Jodi; Don Darling, Lisa Darling, Andrew Darling and his wife Serena and Patti Darling; her sisters-in-law: Susan Vail and Ed of Saint John and Dawn Savoy and Ed of Miramichi; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Along with her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, Tony Darling and by her sister, Cindy Darling.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB (506-433-1176) from where visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 from 11-1pm. A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on March 5, 2024 at 1:00pm.
