Obituary of Robbie Shannon

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Robert Drew Shannon announces his passing at the Dr. Georges-l.-Dumont Hospital with his family by his side on June 14, 2024 at the age of 48.

Born in Fredericton; He was the son of Robert and Suzann (Crealock) Shannon.

He will live on in the hearts of his parents: Bob and Sue Shannon; his daughter, Piper Shannon and her mom, Michelle Jamieson; his sisters: Sheri Shannon and Sonya Gilks and her husband Trevor; his nephew, David Gilks; his aunts and uncles: Shirley Adair and her husband Alton, Sam Shannon and his wife Edith and Dale Crealock and his wife Sarah; his great Aunt Ella MacLeod; as well as several cousins.

He is predeceased by his nephew, Harrison Gilks; his paternal grandparents: Robert and Mildred Shannon; his maternal grandparents: Otis and Elspeth Crealock and by his aunts and uncle: Judy Shannon and Bill and Bonnie Crealock.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB (506-433-1176). A Celebration of Rob’s life will be held at the Wallace Community Chapel on June 23, 2024 at 11am. There will be a time of fellowship with the family immediately following.
