Nickerson, James Edwin (May 10, 1955 -Feb 16 2012) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of James E. Nickerson of Regina Sask. Formerly of Sussex NB. James was the son of the late Mary (Waugh) and Charles Nickerson.He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Wanda, a, daughter Brandie,(Cory) a son Josh (Lisa) and a very precious granddaughter Olivia. James is also survived by a brother Hank (Robin) Nickerson (Louise) of Columbia SC. Sisters Jean Folkins (David) Mt Middleton, Elizabeth Forsythe (Allison) of Waterford. As a loyal and hard-working CSR for Canadian Linen, he was the definition of customer service. For 30 plus years, his charismatic personality and caring attitude left a lasting impression on his customers and co-workers. James was an avid antique bottle collector and loved singing, but his biggest passion was his wife. Whether it was a romantic vacation or a simple chat at the kitchen table, it did not matter as long as they were together. The unselfish man that he was, James always put others before himself, and with that, he formed many wonderful friendships. He always said, "I tried" but we all know how much he succeeded. A CELEBRATION OF JAMES' LIFE will be held on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charity of Donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
