Mr. Stephen Robert Hardy of Church Ave, Sussex, passed away on December 18, 2006 at the age of 57. He was the son of the late Naomi (Garner) Hardy and Eugene Hardy of Grand Bay. Stephen is survived by his father; his son, Matthew; and his daughter, Jessica all of Sussex; two brothers: Philip and his wife Krystal of Moncton, Wayne and his wife Patricia of Upper Golden Grove; two half brothers: Scott and his wife Tara of Saint John and Troy an his wife Monique of Grand Bay; as well as several nieces and nephews. Stephen was a former painter and horse trainer, he trained horses for a number of years in New Brunswick and throughout the United States. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). The Funeral Service will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Thursday, December 21, 2006 at 3:00 pm. The interment will take place at Kirk Hill Cemetery.
