Mrs. Edna Gladys McCullum of Primrose Cottage, Lower Millstream, formerly of Peter Street, Sussex, passed away at Sussex Health Centre on March 28, 2006 at the age of 90. Born in North Clones, Queens County, NB on January 9, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Myrtle (Hankshaw) Moore and the beloved wife of the late John A. McCullum who passed away in 1981. Edna is survived by her two sons, Clifton and his wife Linda of Sussex Corner, Clayton and his wife Judi of Sussex, her sister Helen Preston of Sussex, eight grand children, Mary-Jane Clark and her husband Gary of Gondola Point, Marta Floyd and her husband Jeff of Apohaqui, Troy McCullum and his wife Nicole of Belleisle, Trent McCullum and his wife Christina of Saint John, Paul Allan and Line of Saint John, Mark Allan and his wife Tamara of Ottawa, Holly McCullum of Sussex and Matthew McCullum and Michelle of Kitchener-Waterloo, 12 great-grand children, Mason, Cole, Julian, Ashley, Justin, Susanna, Madeleine, Eric, Noah, Tristan, Cameron and Kyra, as well as several nieces and nephews. Edna was predeceased by her sister, Muriel Francis. Edna was a member of the St. Marks Anglican Church and the Women's Institute. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). Visitation will be held at Wallace Funeral Home on Wednesday March 29th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from St. Mark's Anglican Church on Thursday, March 30, 2006 at 11:00 am. The interment will take place at Trinity Cemetery in the spring. As an expression of sympathy donations made to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
