Mrs. Dorothy Black of Sussex, NB, passed away at Saint John Regional Hospital on March 17, 2006 at the age of 65. Born in Saint John, NB on November 15, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Ora and Myrtle (Parlee) Friars. Dorothy is survived by her husband John, four sons; Doug and his wife Susan of Roachville, John and his wife Shelly of Plumweseep, Robert and his wife Tina of Red Deer Alberta and Paul and his wife Debbie of Saint John, two sisters Shirley Norrad and her husband Paul of Quispamsis and Eleanor Armstrong and her husband Glen of Fairvale, 12 grandchildren; Holly, Michelle, Melissa, DJ, Danielle, Ashley, Eban, Daniel, Jeremy, Paul , Scott and Shane. 4 great grandchildren; Justin, Aidaen, Kayla and Lexy, as well as several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Saturday from 7-9pm and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm . The Funeral Service will be from St. Paul's United Church on Monday, March 20, 2006 at 11:00 am.
