Mrs. Agnes A. Veysey of 811 Riverview Dr. East, Apohaqui, NB, passed away at her residence on March 8, 2006 at the age of 95. Born in Apohaqui, NB on September 28, 1910, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Adelaide (Folkins) Duncan. Agnes is survived by her sisters-in-law, Bertha of Salisbury and Gladys Duncan of Moncton, as well as several nieces and nephews. Agnes was predeceased by her husband, Heber Veysey who passed away in 1975, her sister, Ella, her brothers, Gilbert and John, three half brothers, Percy Folkins, Irvine Folkins and Frank (Folkins) Crawford. Agnes was the last surviving member of her immediate family She was a member of the Church of the Ascension Apohaqui. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). Visitation will be held at Wallace Funeral Home on Friday 2-4 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Church of Ascension, Apohaqui on Saturday, March 11, 2006 at 10:30 am. The interment will take place at Riverbank Cemetery in the spring. As an expression of sympathy donations made to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
