Mrs. Nancy Ann Marie Veysey of Penobsquis passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on November 29, 2005 at the age of 73. Born in Newfoundland on November 3, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Henry Francis and Elsie (French) Nixon. Nancy is survived by her beloved husband Ross Veysey, her children: Sandra Bean and her husband Jack of Sussex, Linda Walker and her husband Terry of Toronto, Scott Stockwood of Toronto, Wanda Rose and her husband Dave of Toronto, Tony Stockwood and his wife Tammy of Ottawa, Will Veysey and Jody of Moncton, her brothers, Harry Nixon and his wife Mavis of Hearts Content, Newfoundland, Frank Nixon of Toronto, her sister, Elsie Nixon of Sussex, her sister, Patsy Gulliver and her husband Bob of St John's Newfoundland, seven grandchildren; Sherry Stockwood, Leigha Ouellet, Kristen Ouellet, Cameron Rose, Anthony Stockwood, Tristen Rose, Nicki Walker, one great grandchild, Olivia Ouellet. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, and (506-433-1176). At Nancy's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family burial will take place in Heart's Content, Newfoundland. As an expression of sympathy donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
