Obituary of Mabel Lisson
Mrs. Mabel Estella Lisson of Fox Hill passed away at the Kiwanis Nursing Home on Saturday, October 1, 2005 at the age of 91. Born in Passeakeag, NB on October 23, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Estella (Keirstead) Titus and the beloved wife of the late Jarvis Lisson who passed away in 1974. Mabel is survived by four Daughters: Shirley MacIntyre and her husband Andrew (Mac) of Kingston, On; Mildred (Mid) Davis of Roachville; Sondra Secord and her husband Bob of Penobsquis; and Audrey Campbell and her husband James of Riverside Albert; her son, Ken Lisson and his wife Carolyn of Apohaqui; her brother Sterling Titus and his wife Gertrude of Roachville, 14 Grandchildren; Darlene Owen and her husband Mitch, John MacIntyre, Blair MacIntyre and his wife Judy, Carl Davis and his wife Susan, Sonja Carhart andher husband Andy, Harold Secord and his wife Nancy, Kevin Secord, Paul Secord and his wife Donna, Scott Campbell, Eloise Campbell, Donnie Lisson and his wife Kim, Elaine Goddard and her husband Ron, Stephen Lisson and his wife Tammy, Nancy Lisson and Kevin Coates, 21 great grandchildren; Matthew and Elyse Owen, Courtney, Lindsay, Morgan and Bailey MacIntyre, Spencer Carhart, Melissa, Robert, Andrew, and Jesse Secord, Bianca Vautour, Bryanna Campbell, Sarah Lisson, Robin and Stevie Goddard, Lilly and Stephen Lisson, Nevin Coates, Katie Goddard Ken Goddard and his wife Belinda,3 great-great grandchildren; Trynity Goddard, Cody and Nicole Campbell, as well as several nieces and nephews. Mabel was predeceased by her sister; Mildred Hayes, two brothers; Donald and Kenneth, Her granddaughter; Heather Secord and by her great granddaughter; Promise Carhart. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, and (506-433-1176). Visitation will take place at St. Marks Anglican Church, Sussex Corner on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be from St. Mark's Anglican Church on Tuesday, October 4th, 2005 at 11:00 am with Rev. Allen Tapley officiating. A Private family interment will take place at Trinity Cemetery. There will be a time of fellowship with the family at St. Marks' Anglican Church Hall following the committal service. As an expression of sympathy donations made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Kiwanis Nursing Home or to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
