Obituary of Stephen McCutcheon
Mr. Stephen George McCutcheon of Sussex passed away on December 22, 2011 at the age of 51. He was the son of George McCutcheon and Lucy Ellison Johnson. Steve was a heavy equipment operator for Syncrude Canada Ltd. for over 29 years. He loved to watch TV, especially Storage Wars, Big Bang Theory and the History Channel. He enjoyed the farmers market, cooking, gardening, the outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping. Steve loved his family above all and will be forever remembered.
Stephen will live on in the hearts of Jackie his beloved wife of 16 years; his mother Lucy Johnson of Rowley, NB; his father George and his wife Geraldine of Sussex Corner; his daughter Natasha Lynn Stovel and her husband Jeremy of Courtney, BC; his son Anthony McCutcheon of Courtney, BC; their mother Cheryl Ashley of Alberta; his only grandson Gabriel; his brothers Eric McCutcheon of Saint John and Greg McCutcheon and his wife Sharon of Sussex; his sisters Debbie Harris and her husband Brian of Rowley and Michelle McCutcheon and her partner Cathy of Rothesay as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Steve is predeceased by his infant sister Mary Jane who passed away in 1956 abd by his stepfather Colin Johnson in 1999.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) A Celebration of Steve's life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Thursday December 29, 2011 at 11:00 am.
Donations made in Steve's memory to the Cancer Research Organization would be appreciated by the family.
