Obituary of Ina MacDonald

Mrs. Ina Beatrice MacDonald was born in New Line on December 21, 1925; she was the daughter of the late Ralph S. and Elsie (Marshall) Price. Bea was raised on a farm on the New Line Road. She had three brothers and two sisters and they were all brought up in a loving home filled with laughter. She loved animals and nature, especially a white cat named Kit who travelled with her. Bea worked at various jobs throughout her life including Wallace Woodworking, S&G Store and Home Hardware. She enjoyed travelling, camping and fishing. Picnics in the summer on Grand Lake and Washdemoak were the highlight of her summer. Bea loved music, dancing, bowling, washer toss and Ladder Golf. Many laughs were shared with family and friends over a game of cards. Everyone was welcomed into her home with a big hug whether you wanted one or not. Bea made quilts for each daughter, grandchild, great grandchild and many more people. She knitted many socks, mitts and sweaters to keep everyone warm. She made the best pies and everyone had their own special birthday cake made especially for them. Bea and Roy built their home themselves and it was always a loving home. Bea became friend to all she met and she will be greatly missed.
