Boyd Willis O'Toole, of Hammondvale, NB, passed away at Sussex Health Centre on March 30, 2004 at the age of 71. Born in Kennetcook, NS on December 23, 1932, he was the son of the late James and Evelyn M.(Waynott) O'Toole. He was predeceased by his first wife the late Norma B. (VanHorne) O'Toole who passed away in 1979 and by his second wife Esther A. (Richie) O'Toole who passed away in 1989. Boyd is survived by his special friend, Marlene Miller, his daughter, Cindy Gallant and her husband Stephen of Fall River, NS, his step-son, David Miller and his wife Beth of Albert, NB, 2 sisters, Inez Warner of Ontario, Evelyn Smith of Ontario, his 2 granddaughters, Katelyn and Kristin, his step-grandchildren: Jason, Tammy, Brandie, Bonnie, Natasha, Michael and Alesha, step great grandchildren: Amber, Michelle and Myia, as well as several nieces and nephews. Boyd enjoyed working on cars, playing cards, working in his garden. He was a great outdoorsman he enjoyed fishing and hunting. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Thursday 2-4, 7-9. The Funeral Service will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Friday, April 2, 2004 at 10:00 am with Rev. David Barrett officiating. Interment will take place at Hammondvale Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
