Mr. Ronald G. Stewart, of 19 Golding St. Apt. # 206, Sussex, New Brunswick, passed away at Sussex Health Centre on January 17, 2004 at the age of 71. He was born in Lower Millstream, NB on September 25, 1932, he was the son of the late Arthur and Nina (Charters) Stewart. Ron is survived by his beloved wife Linda (Bartlett), a step-daughter, Annette Gregg and her husband Tim of Roachville, a step-son, Norman Melvin of Edmonton, Alberta, 3 step-grandchildren, Andrew, Christopher and Samantha-Jo, as well as several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Ron was a heavy Equipment operator for Stewart Construction. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church and a former member of the Royal Canadian Legion Petitcodiac Branch # 41. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Sunday 7-9, Monday 2-4, 7-9. The Funeral Service will be from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at 11:00 am with Rev. Philip Dallimore officiating. Interment will take place at Kirk Hill Cemetery in the spring.
