Obituary of T. Storey
Mr. T. Heber Storey, of Roachville, NB, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2003 at the Sussex Health Centre. He was born in Roachville, NB on November 9, 1931, the only son of Milo Storey and Florence (Long) Storey. Heber is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Edythe, son Harry and his wife Donalda of Berwick, daughter Jane MacKinnon and her husband Vernon of Fredericton, son John and his wife Kim of Berwick. Grandchildren Tommy and his wife Heather Storey, Holly, and Ashley and great granddaughter Brooke and cousins. Heber was a member of St. Paul's United Church and the Maritime Stock Breeders Association and a Director of the Roachville Cemetery. He was a former Director of the Canadian Percheron Association; he was Past President of the New Brunswick Draft Horse Association and the New Brunswick Percheron Association. He was an Honorary Director of the New Brunswick Plowing Association. Heber was a breeder of purebred Percheron horses for over 50 years. In his younger years, he showed Ayrshire cattle and later years enjoyed horse logging. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Tuesday 2-4, 7-9. Funeral Service is from St. Paul's United Church on Wednesday, October 22, 2003 at 2:00 pm Rev. Philip Dallimore officiating. Interment at Roachville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Diabetic Association or the Roachville Cemetery.
