Mrs. Edith Estella Robinson, of Wards Creek, passed away at Saint John Regional Hospital on September 1, 2003 at the age of 55. Born in Sussex, NB on March 16, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Holly Hayward and Mary (McFarlane) Seely. Edith is survived by her beloved husband Ralph, 2 sons, Robert and his wife Roxanne of Pleasant Ridge, Jeffrey of Wards Creek, her brother, Eldon Hayward and his wife Pat of Wards Creek, 3 grandsons, Cody, Kaleb and Liam, 1 niece, Jennifer of Wards Creek, 3 nephews, John (Mary) of Alberta, Peter and Joseph of Wards Creek. Edith was predeceased by her brother, Lawrence. Edith was a member of the Greater Fundy Ground Search and Rescue and the Penobsquis/Cardwell Seniors. She loved handy crafts, people, card parties, her flower garden, animals, sewing, shopping and painting. But above all her three grandsons were the closest to her heart. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Tuesday 2-4, 7-9. The Funeral Service is from Trinity Anglican Church on Wednesday, September 3, 2003 at 11:00 am with Rev. David Barrett officiating. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Sussex Health Centre Endowment fund would be appreciated by the family.
