Obituary of Robert MacDonald
Mr. Robert (Buster) Arnold MacDonald, of 59 Nelson Street, Sussex, NB passed away at Saint John Regional Hospital on August 21, 2003, born in Whites Mountain NB on December 11, 1918, he was the son of the late Lamont and Thelma (Coates) MacDonald. He was the beloved husband of the late Myrtle Edith MacDonald who passed away on Feb. 20 2003. Robert is survived by 3 sons; Donald of Apohaqui, Bill and his wife Mabel of Sussex, Emery and his wife Jeannie of Sussex, his daughter Linda Payne and her husband Donald of Sussex, 3 brothers; Clarence (Bonnie) and his wife Rosie of Petitcodiac, Ken of Smith Creek, Colin and his wife Evelyn of Petitcodiac, 2 sisters; Jessie Ryan of Petitcodiac, Pearl Anderson of Petitcodiac.17 grandchildren; Ray, Randy, Shirley, Sharon, Sally, Sandy, Crystal, John, Elizabeth, Marie, Susan, Donnie, Ronnie, Donna, Cory, Brad and Wendy,28 great grandchildren; Chelsey, Cody, Carly, Bonnie, Courtney, Megan, Jeremy, Scullus, Dannis, Tyler, Samantha, Chadd, Cassandra, Brandon, D.J., Kayla, Courtney, Jordan, Justin, Josh, Jackie, Cody, Jessie, Preston, Shawn, Timothy, Kissy and Camryn, as well as by several nieces and nephews. Robert was predeceased by a son Carmen who passed away 1955, his sister, Ruby Brooks and his brothers, Blair and Lawrence. Robert was a retired Carpenter in Kitchener, Ontario. He loved to play checkers, crossword puzzles and 45's. He loved his cup of tea and his teapot was always on for his many visitors. Arrangements are entrust to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) with visitation on Friday 7-9, Saturday 2-4, 7-9pm. The Funeral Service is from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Sunday, August 24, 2003 at 1:00pm. Interment at Pine Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers are Randy MacDonald, Ray MacDonald, Corey MacDonald, Bradley MacDonald, Donnie, Payne, Ronnie Payne and Ralph McFarland
