Mr. Henri Laurent Proulx, of Picadilly, NB, passed away on July 28, 2003 at the age of 91. Born in Montreal, Quebec on May 2, 1912, Henri was the son of the late Joseph and Zepherine (Belleisle) Proulx and husband of the late Aline Alice (Soucier) Proulx who passed away in 1994. Henri is survived by 2 daughters, Madeline Blair and her husband Raymond of Montreal and Francine Harvey and her husband Ron of Sussex, his son Laurent of Montreal, 9 grandchildren: Marc, Amie, Bess, Jenny, Mary, Ronald Jr. Michelle, Francine, Joey, 1 great granddaughter Ava, his brother Sylva and his wife Gertrude of Montreal, several nieces and nephews. Henri was predeceased by his son Edmond of Montreal, his brother Robert and by his sister Yvette. Retired Salesman for Canadian Optical Supplies Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). At Henri request there will be no visitation or Funeral Service in New Brunswick. A Memorial Service and internment will be held in Montreal at a later date.
