Mr. Roy Tilley Armstrong of Kiwanis Nursing Home, Sussex passed away at the Kiwanis Nursing Home on April 27, 2003. Born in Apohaqui, on April 22, 1918, Roy was the son of the late William and Jean (Gaunce) Armstrong and the husband of the late Flora Isabel (MacDonald) who passed away Sept.8, 2000. Roy is survived by 2 sons, David of Ontario and Richard and his wife Julie of Apohaqui, 2 sisters, Cora Floyd of Sussex and Pauline Cosman and her husband Leslie of Sussex, 4 grandchildren; Elizabeth, Robert, Debbie and Randy, 6 great grandchildren; Samantha, Cody, Randy, Nicholas, Lucas, Gema and Albert, as well as several nieces and nephews. Roy was a retired farmer, he was a member of Silas James United Church Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where the family will recieve relatives and friends on Monday 2-4, 7-9pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 at 2:00 pm. The Interment will take place at Trinity Cemetery. There will be a time of fellowship with the family following the funeral service.
