So very sorry to hear of Lev's passing, I had him as a homeroom teacher in grade 10, back when my nickname was SNIPE he thought that was the darnest thing that they would call me that. I never seen him again for about 10 or so years and I was working at SNB Wood Co-op and he came to the counter- I said hello to him and asked if he remembered me - he looked at me with a grin on his face and said just give me a minute - I was about to so that's alright and tell him who I was when he blurted out "SNIPE" we laughed so hard that day - I couldn't believe that he would remember that. Then it was about 10 years after that I was working at Dairy Farmers of New Brunswick Board Office - He called and asked where the meeting was that day - I told him and he asked who he was speaking to and I said Veronica McEwen and once again he got me he blurted out "SNIPE" again it was a full belly laugh. I am saddened to hear of Lev's passing, He was not just a great educator, he was a great gentleman that helped shape us for adulthood. He offered us great options to look at so we could make good decisions later in life Lev was an innovator with his idea's, in which he shared with us in the 70's and today we are seeing that very technology used globally.
