Obituary of Jim Perry Crowe

James Crowe was born in Sussex on June 20, 1932; he was the son of the late Charles Melbourne Crowe of Sussex Corner and Rosa Viola (Keirstead) of Coles Island. Jim worked with Shur-gain Feed Mill, Nelson Monuments in NS, and retired from Barbour Foods. He is survived by his brother: Harold and his wife Phyllis of Newtown; his sisters-in-law June Crowe of Saint John and Jean Crowe of Newtown, his uncle Douglas Keirstead of Beaver Harbour, his nieces and nephews: David Crowe, Dan Crowe, Bill Crowe, Bob Crowe, Esther Keirstead, Laura Crowe and Susan Hatt. James Perry Crowe of Kiwanis Nursing Home formerly of Nelson St Sussex, passed away at the Kiwanis Nursing Home on August 07, 2015 at the age of 83. He is predeceased by two brothers Charles and Lev. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A service celebrating Mr. Crowe’s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 2:00 pm followed by a time of fellowship with the family hosted by the Smith Creek United Church Fidelity Group.
