Eddie was a good friend going back many years; had the pleasure of interacting and singing with him a bit, then 4-wheeling once. he was a good man and will be missed but leaves a great legacy; we will remember his valiant fight with cancer, his lack of complaining, his Christian witness through it all.

I am so sorry to hear of Ed's passing - for the family will grieve - missing him. For my friend, Ed, he has reached the goal and for him, I am happy. I realize these are difficult days as you try to settle in without him, but I am confident that God will be your comfort and help as in Psalm 91. I remember fondly the times we spent enjoying music as a group, and more than that, it was always such fun for me to accompany his solos. His voice was outstanding! Ed enjoyed playing shuffleboard and it was always a fun game to shuffle with or against him. He and his assigned shuffleboard partner won a medal in the tournament of 03-25-15 in Wesleyan Village.

Dear Lydia,
Praying for you during these difficult hours. Even though you knew Ed's passing was soon, it is still hard when it happens. Having walked in "those shoes" I know how you feel. Pray that you will know the Presence of our Lord right there with you through these coming days. There will be moments of laughter, joy sadness as memories are shared with you. Right now we can rejoice with him as he meets up with Dad at the very throne of God. There are many fond memories of both of you and the one I always liked to tease him about was the time that he came knocking on our door at 2:00 a.m. to have Merlin go up to the store in Grafton so he could get some milk for the baby. Loved his hugs. Thanks for being there for us last winter. God bless.
