I wish to extend my sincere condolences to the entire Ravn family, and all of Lloyd's close friends. I met Lloyd years ago, performing at an Open Mic room with him. He was just the nicest, warmest guy. He left a great impression on me, and Toronto comedy as a whole. I always liked to keep up with him on social media, and was really happy to watch him post pictures of experiences he helped create for his kids, and the opportunities he created for himself in comedy on the East Coast. He will be missed and thought of fondly.

Words cannot express the sorrow I feel in my heart for Jodi and the boys in the loss of a husband and father! The pain that Aunt Lois is feeling in the loss of a wonderful son. The loss of a dear brother by Mark and the girls! We all feel so helpless but know that you are loved and that we are here for you and God is right beside you to give you strength and carry on. My condolences to Aunt Lois, Christine, Mark, Carole and Lorrie and to their spouses and children and, of course, to Jodi and Eric, Alex and Nicolas. I was so very sad to hear of Lloyd's death. He was such a friendly person. Seeing all of the posts on facebook he really seemed to have made a big difference in many peoples lives. I remember him when he three or four he was such a sweet child. My thoughts are with all of you and I pray for you to have the strength you need deal with this terrible loss.

I'm so heartbroken to hear is the loss of this wonderful husband, father and friend. We met at Bloorview 7 years ago when my daughter Mercedes was there along with Eric. Lloyd was one of the first parents we met and he invited us to sit with him and Eric for breakfast. I admired how loving and caring he was with Eric and how patient he was. I've kept in touch on occasion and have so enjoyed his posts over the years. Jodi, my heart goes out to you and the boys at this difficult time. I'm so so sorry for your loss.
