Madeline and Family,
I was totally shocked to hear of Clarence's passing. We grew up together and were very good friends up to the time that I left high school. Clarence was very well known around our home town of Gambo and everybody knew him by his nick name.......BUDDLER. we both started school in September 1966 in grade 11 and neither of us could catch on to geometery so one day at the post office we seen a poster for the mobile recruiter for the military and we hatched a plan to visit him. The recruiter was at the high school in Glovertown....at the time, it was all gravel roads and not much traffic....so Buddler and I decided to walk....and walk we did... all the way from the high school in Gambo to the high school in Glovertown..and all the way back. anyway, when the military called , I enlisted and Buddler didn't. shortly after that we lost contact with each other. I did visit your family in Sussex once or twice , but I have made several trips there since then and found out that the family had moved but no on that I spoke with from Sussex knew where you lived.

We are so saddened to hear that Clarence has passed. We felt the love your family shared from years of being included when we came to visit. Clarence was always such a happy go lucky man who loved to laugh at a good joke and be surrounded by his family and friends. We treasure all the memories and know that, even though it's difficult that he is gone, he is now at peace and no longer in pain.
