So sorry to hear of Janet's death. She was indeed a kind and patient person as I learned when I took my first typing course from her. She never once made me feel I was a terrible typist even though I knew it. To this day when I type on the computer I think of her efforts in trying to teach me a most worthwhile skill. I thank her for that.
I also had the privilege of curling with her. A great curler who loved the game.

I was so fortunate to meet Janet and spend time with her every Friday at the DAY Away Program. Reading her storey I remember her telling all the stories. From being taught piano by the sisters of charity, spending summers with the girls in Fundy, skating club, and Fox's barber shop! She was graceful, funny and was game for any activity we did together!!! She was always so grateful to be with us and thankful for the kindness I gave her. Her loss will be deep. The love for Don and knowing he is waiting will give all a sense of peace. Thinking of everyone!!!
