To Eleanor and family. Jane and I are sorry to hear of Avery's passing. I've known him for many years and he was someone you wouldn't ever forget. I played as a member of his foursome for five years and I fondly remember him and all the good times we had together. He was also a very dedicated member of the golf club. My condolences to Eleanor and the family. Avery and I would spend hours at the kitchen table going over the previous ball game and make plans for the next one. Our experiences with Avery through the many years of baseball and curling showed us that he was a dedicated athlete and coach who strived to make his teams competitive and victorious.
