I wish to express my sincere sympathy to all of you. Freda was so warm and loved to have a chat each time we met. My mother was quite sick last summer and would be sleeping when I visited. Freda would come in the room and talk to me while Mum slept. She was such a great conversationalist and so very sharp. It was a joy to see her and the welcome was always genuine. We talked a lot about cooking, family and our lives. We shared a love of food. Freda was so proud of her family. When I was leaving the home on March 14, she was happily doing justice to one of the lovely desserts that her daughter brought. I am so glad that she offered me her friendship. I am saddened by her death and offer my condolences to you who were blessed by her life.

Nancy - It's been several years since I've been in touch re family. Sorry to learn of your mother's death. My father passed just over a week ago. Best wishes to you and yours.
