Dear Lacey,Shane and especially Linda and family. So sorry to hear that Carl had to head out to his next phase of spiritual existence and in so doing left you behind. He knew you were all settled and in a good place. .Carl demonstrated an unbelievable force of will, perseverance and determination, saying with you years beyond medical predictions. When we first met him he gave no verbal indication of his challenges no complaining or lamenting that he was functioning at an oxygen level that would find most bedridden. As he stood with Lacey and Shane for wedding photos the 02 tank was tucked out of sight behind him but he did not use it even when it most likely would have made things easier for him. He always presented a good sense of humor and cheerful mood, a difficult act to follow. Our Prayers are with you.

Carl was always around while Linda watched over various people’s children.
