To the family of Otis Foster our condolences are with you all. I knew Otis for many years and was brother in-law to Marilyn Foster . I am Marilyn,s sister. There were many memories for us all. A good man.

My fondest memories of Otis is working on the chip seal crew way back...he knew I loved cherry pie and made sure I knew which shelf it was on in the pie box when he brought out lunch to the crew every day...R.I.P Otis...my condolences to the Foster family in there time of grief.
