So very sad to learn of Donovans passing. I was fortunate to get to know Donovan this past year when he participated in the Youth Empowerment Program. He was always the first to offer assistance when needed. As one of his instructors, I was so proud of him to see how he developed and came into his own. He was such a wonderful young man. A very sad and tragic loss. My sincere sympathy to his family.
