Dear Steven--Saddened to learn of your Mom's passing; she was so brave to share her home with me so that I could attend high school before we had the big yellow school busses. She was a fantastic cook; I still remember her chocolate bread pudding, but I have never been able to duplicate it. I had a great chat with her about two years ago near Christmas time, I believe it was in Walmart. I treasure the time I spent with her, you, and Ivy Rose and so thankful she was the kind, caring person which she was. I will treasure my memories of "Mrs. Doherty."
