Murray was the son of the late Everett and Mildred (Fayette) Morris. Murray was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Sussex Branch #20, the Korea Veterans Association, the War Amps of Canada (NB Branch), the 8th Canadian Hussars (Princess Louise's), Lord Strathcona's Horse. Murray is survived by his daughter, Betty-Ann LaPierre and her husband Yvon of Dieppe, NB; his grandchildren: Belinda, Marie-Claire (Philippe), Nadia (Jean-Francois) and Stephanie (Scott); his great grandchildren: Emma, Samuel, Maxime, Benjamin and Audrey, as well as several nieces and nephews. Mr. Murray Everett Morris of Sussex passed away at the Ridgewood Veterans Wing on August 28, 2012 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by his sisters: Eva Morris, Florence Goodall and Evelyn Sanford. Arrangements are entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where a Legion Tribute will be held by Sussex Branch #20 on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 5:45pm followed by visitation from 6-9pm. A celebration of Murray's life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Friday, August 31, 2012 at 10:00am. The interment will take place at Trinity Cemetery.
